I started going to therapy for the first time at the start of this year and didn’t know what to expect. I feel truly lucky I got in contact with Vlad. Words can really describe the positive impact my sessions with Vlad have had on my life but what I do know is that this man cares. He has a lot of wisdom and I feel like I can share any problem with him and I’ll come out of a session with clarity. Vlad is genuinely a lovely person to speak to and super interesting. He is really focused on making sure sessions are comfortable and that we’re in an environment conducive to sharing. I remember my first session; I was nervous as I had never done therapy before but 5 minutes in I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I’ve learned some great coping mechanisms when it comes to my anxiety and it’s thanks to Vlad. He is so compassionate and I never feel judged – just pure understanding and kindness. If you’re thinking of going to Vlad, stop thinking and just do it, seriously.
