Therapist

With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. My approach to therapy is informed by a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, and I am committed to helping you achieve balance and harmony in all aspects of your life. Healing comes from within, and my goal is to help you tap into your inner resources and strengths, so you can overcome any obstacle that comes your way.

Using evidence-based techniques grounded in CBT, I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be hindering their progress. Together, we can develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change. In addition to CBT, I also draw upon Psychodynamic theories to explore the unconscious factors that influence our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. By examining early life experiences and unconscious processes, we can gain insight into the root causes of current challenges and work toward healing and growth.

As a therapist, I am committed to providing personalized care tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I am here to support you every step of the way.

I aim to create a safe and empowering space for my clients to explore their most meaningful concerns. I wish to foster a therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust, compassion, kindness, and empathy. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and enthusiastic, meeting my clients exactly where they are with no judgement or hesitation. Each person is unique in their search for help, and my therapeutic practice draws on aspects from psychodynamic, person-centered, narrative, and solution focused brief therapy modalities in order to find what best meets your individual needs. I strive to be a source of non judgmental support; this is, after all, your journey towards understanding, and you are the expert on your own life and experiences. I have made a life in the creative arts by studying the intricacies of human connection. This experience has greatly informed my approach as I believe that we are all searching for something, whether it be love, acceptance, purpose, or moving forward.
